Setting Card Spending Limits
If you want to control your spending, just ask at reception to set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on your card. Once it’s reached, you’re blocked from further play till the next period rolls around. Same-day increase isn’t possible - there’s a required 24-hour pause on changes.
For those needing a longer break, self-exclusion lets you suspend your club card temporarily or forever. Once you opt out, there’s no access to gaming, and returning means a counselling session for responsible gaming. All staff know the signs of risky gaming. How Payments and Withdrawals Work
We accept only South African Rand. No foreign currency at the tables or slots, but banks for exchange are steps away in BT Ngebs City Shopping Center.
You can buy chips and top up your card with notes and coins, minimum R50. No max, unless you cross R25,000: then, a financial form is needed, and approval usually takes 15 minutes.
