Check-in is at the hotel lobby, separate from the casino. Room keys open access to hotel amenities and connect indoors to our gaming floor. If you’re coming from Umtata Airport (just over 7 miles), book a shuttle via the hotel staff ahead of time. Reception is open all hours, with bar lounge and room service separate from the Diamond Bar.

If you’re not staying the night but want a quick swim or gym session, day passes are sold at reception depending on availability.

Directions and Transport

We’re set at 35 Errol Spring Avenue, Mthatha, Eastern Cape, the only licensed casino in town. Commercial district, easy from any main road. Driving in from East London or Durban, you’ll use the N2, look for BT Ngebs City on the signs, that’s where you’ll find us.

Parking is free everywhere for visitors. The lots handle hundreds of vehicles, and security watches the area during operating hours. There are taxi pick-up areas just outside our entrance if you’re not driving, and Umtata Airport is about 12km off - hotel guests can book a shuttle, otherwise taxis and car rentals are available at the terminal.

Our Approach to Responsible Gaming
